Today was a rough day for me. It was the last game I will ever play for the Eagles. I have been playing at SJE for the past four years, four years! Over this time period I've gained so many memories and done so many things. Looking back on it today brought tears to my eyes and I realized that this great legacy we had built together was all apart of my past now. In my entire life I have never been apart of something so great and incredible. Being apart of this program has brought happiness, tears, anger, and honor to me. I still remember my the excitement I got the day before my first practice and the nervousness I felt inside before my games as a little 5th grader. I won't ever forget the pregame chants and handshakes, the celebrations, and the down to the line critical games we played. These things will be implanted in my mind to my last breathe. I will never forget my experience as a St. John Eudes Eagle.

Look on them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death!”
